We are proud to serve Alice Springs and our neighbors in the surrounding remote communities. Because "just down the road" can mean a six-hour drive or a mail plane flight, please review our specific delivery guidelines below.
Local Alice Springs Delivery
Standard Delivery: We offer flat-rate delivery within the Alice Springs township for $15.
Schedule: Deliveries are typically made on Mondays.
Free Local Pickup: Select "Click & Collect" at checkout to pick up your order from Shop 6/7 Yeperenye Shopping Centre, 36-38 Hartley Street, Alice Springs NT 0870. You will receive an SMS or email when your order is ready.
Remote Community & "Bush" Orders
We understand the unique requirements of getting supplies out to stations and communities. We regularly facilitate delivery via:
- Mail Planes / Chartair: Provide us with your flight details/account in the order notes.
- Barge/Truck Services: We can drop orders at specific freight depots (e.g., Northline, Sea Swift, or local bush carriers).
- Community Store Deliveries: If you have a regular supply truck, let us know the cutoff times.
- Note on Delivery Limits: Our responsibility for the goods ends once they are signed for by your designated third-party carrier or bush order service.
Weather & Road Conditions
In the NT, the weather dictates the schedule.
Road Closures: During the wet season or significant rain events, deliveries to communities via unsealed roads (like the Tanami or Plenty Hwy) may be delayed.

Tracking Your Order
For orders sent via Australia Post or major couriers, you will receive a tracking number. For local "bush orders" sent via private carriers, we will provide you with the Consignment Note (Connote) number and the time of drop-off at the depot.
